There are many varieties of Pea Shoot Microgreeens. However, through much experimentation and research, we’ve concluded that Speckled Pea are our favorite for a few reasons… They have an incredible sweet Pea flavor. A nice crisp and crunchy texture, as well as beautiful and ornate tentacles.
